The Virtual Appointment will be an interactive, one-on-one experience with a highly-skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist. The designated therapist will make sure you find the perfect mask catered to your needs and will educate you on the usage and maintenance of your new equipment, along with the importance of sleep therapy.

Prior to your scheduled Virtual Appointment, we will deliver your prescribed equipment. Your Box from Quality DME will include the following items:
- PAP Machine With Humidifier
- Power Supply With a Separate
2-Prong Power Cord - Heated Tubing
- CPAP Filters
- User Manuals
- Quality DME Folder With Paperwork
- CPAP Mask (If Applicable)
- CPAP Mask cushions (If Applicable)
Checklist to ensure a successful virtual setup:
- Complete the Medical Equipment Agreement via SignNow emailed one week prior to your scheduled appointment
- Use this Online Tool that provides us with your personalized mask and size recommendations
- Remove contents from the packaging and verify all items were received. Your therapist will be going over each item during the appointment
